The healthcare sector is undergoing major changes and the changes in the professional world are leading to major challenges. Leaders who are able to support these changes will be in demand.
2. What do you consider to be the most important competence of managers?
Being able to anticipate change and thus take employees along for the ride. In addition, creativity in designing new processes is important, as is the ability to form sustainable relationships.
3.What interview question helps you the most in evaluating applicants?
There is no such thing as THE interview question. What is important is the overall picture and to find out about the professional and human fit through dialog.
4. How do you organize the onboarding of people from outside the industry into management positions?
Regardless of the industry, it is important to design a detailed onboarding process that includes cultural, structural and professional components: getting to know the processes, the most important contact persons and interfaces, and appropriate support from a peer and the supervisor as a role model.
5. How do you support the professional development of your employees?
On the one hand, through on-the-job measures such as more responsibility or additional tasks, supplemented with specific courses or longer further training – tailored to the individual needs of the employees and the orientation of the company.
6. What advice do you give your employees regarding the choice of executive education?
The training should be enjoyable, fit the job and allow a good transfer. It is not worth investing money and time just to have a diploma at the end.

Take responsibility for your own work, stay in contact with your colleagues and superiors and explore your scope of action - so that you can enjoy your tasks.
